With more than 14 years of experience in aged care and support work, Sandeep had worked closely with individuals with dementia and their families, witnessing firsthand the challenges they faced and the toll it took on their lives. This experience motivated him to seek new ways to improve the lives of individuals with dementia and their families.

Driven by this understanding, Sandeep founded Dementia & Us in 2019. His goal was to provide much-needed support and a sense of relief to those affected by dementia.
